While we live in Kentucky, we have fallen in love with SWFL as our home away from home for the past 8 years! We are blessed with a small piece of the Cape paradise to share with you! Our houses, Belle's Tropic Spot and Sunnybelle were built in 1961 and 1962 respectively, just after Cape Coral was founded as the "Waterfront Wonderland" so we aimed to keep some retro charm while also offering updated amenities. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, fun, and sunny space for you:)
