Located just off Coronado Pkwy in the safe and popular Yacht Club area of Cape Coral Belle's Tropic Spot offers the convenience of everything the area has to offer while still being tucked away from traffic. The home greets guests with tons of natural light and front views of the famous Cape canals! The interior offers an open and spacious living/kitchen/dining space as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, both with custom tiled stand up showers. There is a washer and dryer located inside the garage space for guest convenience. Outside the double width driveway allows plenty of parking for vehicles and boats! The rear outdoor space includes a private heated pool, dining table, couch, sun lounge chairs, and flat screen TV on the HUGE deck! A gas grill is available for guest use on the deck as well. This home offers the old Florida charm of early Cape Coral but also all the modern updates needed for today's comfort.
Other Details to Note
A high chair and pack n play are available upon request. We keep a small cooler, beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and some pool floats/toys on site for guest enjoyment. Please note we are in a tropical climate in Cape Coral. While the property receives regular pest service, please note insects and lizards may enter the home if windows or doors are opened. We do not offer refunds due to acts of God, nature, or weather incidents. Ring camera located at front door area that records monitored audio. Smoking, vaping, or other prohibited activities indoors will be subject to a fine, cleaning fee or both of no less than $250 plus costs of remediation and impacted bookings. Guests agree to House Rules in their entirety upon booking.
