The home welcomes guests with tons of natural light and a front door view to the outdoor oasis as you enter! Views of the famous Cape Coral canals are just out the front window as well. The spacious interior includes 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths (1 with tub), and an open concept living and kitchen area complete with a raised bar and coffee nook. A bonus space is located just off the kitchen to allow more indoor seating and a fun photo backdrop wall! Outside you can enjoy the FL sun on the large covered lanai. The outdoor space has ample seating, Smart TV, lounge chairs, and a grilling patio with gas grill. This home truly has the classic and colorful Cape vibe with modern updates for comfort.

Child Safety pool screen located on property and available for use. A high chair and pack&play available upon request. Cooler, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and some pool toys/floats on site for guests to enjoy! Please note we are in a tropical climate in Cape Coral. While the property receives regular pest service, please note insects and lizards may enter the home if windows or doors are opened. We do not offer refunds due to acts of God, or weather incidents. Ring camera located on front door area that records monitored audio. Smoking, vaping, or other prohibited activities indoors will be subject to a fine, cleaning fee or both of no less than $250 plus costs of remediation and impacted bookings. Guests agree to House Rules in their entirety upon booking.
